Blue Monday... a natural GPS system...

Welcome to Blue Monday hosted by Sally@ smilingsally.blogspot.com
Congratulations on your new home Sally. I hope all your packing boxes are blue ones.
May blue birds and blue skies guide you safely to your new home.

I was out walking last week on Hilton Head Island, S.C. and this little feathered friend kept guiding me on my way.

This little guy has his own natural built in GPS system.

  18. Love your little guide. I need to borrow him. My tom-tom is stuck on "turn left", "take the next left". The next left was off the side of a bridge! lol I think I must have missed a turn, stopped at a store and messed up its directions...or so my daughter tells me. I think it would be simpler to follow your fine feathered friend!

Memories do warm the heart...I cherish all my memories...many things may happen to you...but your memories will remain. Thanks for stopping by my blog. ~Debbie

  35. Hi Joyce, Is that a bluebird? I have seen them portrayed on so many sweet things over the years but I have never seen on in the feather, as it were, or even a photo of one. If I am completely honest here I thought they might have been a figment of an artist’s imagination and that their lovely colour happened to fit in with paintings of roses and blossoms. Just goes to show you never stop learning!
