  5. Oh I'm so very jealous! It's in the upper 90's and humid here in Texas. Hope you have a great time and remember your hot (meaning sweaty) blog friend in Texas.

  6. Joyce, I read your post about my white furniture and it made me laugh. My son read my blog and left me this note:

i think all that white upholstery could use some little girl footprints all over! ill try to arrange that for you

When my grandgirls come to visit, they know where all the covers are. I have 3 different off-white blankets that we use to cover everything up. They will recite the rules in unison...no feet on the sofa, no eating in the living room, etc. They are really good about helping me keep it so clean! It is my grown children that give me a hard time!!

I signed up for the cooking class but I may end up canceling. Waiting to see when my Goddaughter's baptism is scheduled. Happy Weekend!!

  10. Thanks for stopping by. I loved your comment. My husband thinks like you do. I asked for a privacy screen ~ he planted redwoods ~ 15 feet apart. "They're going to grow", he says. "It just takes time." I'll be able to sit by the pool without the neighbors gawking when I'm 90!LOL!
