Jello...it's not just for kids anymore ...

While at Wally World I came across a little package of instant pumpkin flavored Jello pudding.
This was a totally new Jello flavor for me.
I made it with skim milk to cut the calories and fat.

DELICIOUS!

I need to go back and stock up as this is probably a seasonal item.

  6. Gee, this sounds good! I came over to answer question and decided to stick around a bit :-).

I grease and flour the pan. Insert the paper, press it into place and then grease and flour the paper. It sounds involved but I guarantee the cake won't stick.

  10. The first time I read your post, I didn't catch the word "pudding" so I was imagining pumpkin flavored jello.... ewwwh! I wondered why you mixed it with milk instead of water. Then it dawned on me... jello PUDDING. That sounds a lot better! The grandbaby's new favorite dessert is chocolate pudding... wonder if she'd go for the new flavor???

Now it's my turn. I love your blog. And I really connected when you mentioned your Italian aunt. What does she cook, or what has she taught you?? My late mother was of Italian descent and a wonderful cook!
    I'll be back!

  20. Oh Oh.....which Wally World did you find it at?? It's only available this time of year and I make my cream puffs with it....mixed with real whipped cream....You think you have died and went to pumpkin heaven.....you will never make another pumpkin pie again...You can't even buy it direct from jello....

  23. I love scarecrows, a place where we used to live had a display. This botanical garden looks wonderful, and they did a great job decorating for the season.
