Outdoor Wednesday...bird watching...

Nothing like a pair of homemade binoculars (working on the pronunciation)
to keep "Mr. Vundervants" busy.

Waiting patiently for a blue bird or a robin to appear.

Not a bird in sight on this sun filled 70* day.

"Mr. Vundervants" is not impressed and thinks all this bird watching is definitely for the birds!

  3. The little guy is so adorable with his bird watching! Thanks for your visit today, and yes, I luv the color of my house, and when you get a chance, send me a photo of your daughter's kitchen cabinets. I'm sure it's gorgeous...there was an article in "Coastal Living" magazine where the kitchen cabs are painted turquoise as well.

  7. Thank you for stopping by my site this morning and especially thank you for leaving a comment. Making new blogging friends is always fun and always welcomed.

Could Mr. Vundervants be any cuter...NOPE! He's adorable!

The little guy on my header is our sweet dog Jake. He became paralyzed 2 years ago. We were in AZ and he was being boarded at the vet when we got a call saying that we needed to get home soon. He was paralyzed by the time we got home. He had spinal cord surgery but it didn't help at all. Regardless of his special needs, he's content and the best dog ever. Never a peep out of him, just wants to be near mom and dad. Needless to say, he's the love of my life!

  35. Dear One, your 'Tragedy' post is still not showing, on your blog. But it shows on my Google Reader and I can read it there. But for whatever reason, you have not allowed it to Publish on your blog.

I know! When I post controversy, I get 'cold feet' sometimes. So I understand what you may be going through. -sigh-

But today, I was moaning about a leak in our kitchen ceiling and not being able to get help till Monday.... And then I thought... And wrote.... WHY am I moaning? Because...

    Gentle hugs...

  36. Joyce this was a really endearing post. I found your blog by chance and had planned only to say hello and then move on. I instead worked my way through your earlier posts and enjoyed every minute of my visit. In the words of the immortal Arnold, "I'll be back." I hope you are having a wonderful day. Blessings...Mary
